How often do I need a tune up?

Most manufacturers recommend around 100,000 km, but this varies from vehicle to vehicle and manufacturer to manufacturer. We can look up what is recommended specifically for your vehicle to ensure it stays properly maintained.

How often should I rotate my tires?

Manufacturers recommend you rotate your tires every 10,000 kilometres.

How often should I get my oil changed?

It is recommended that you get your oil changed every three months or every 5,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. However some of the newer vehicles require frequent oil changes. Our helpful service staff can look into what the manufacturer states is appropriate for your vehicle.

My car is a leased vehicle. Am I responsible for maintenance?

Even if you lease a vehicle, you are responsible for all maintenance and repairs required to keep the vehicle in good working order as outlined in the owner’s manual.

Do I have to go to my dealer if I want to keep my warranty?

No, AutoRepairShop provides your vehicle with warranty-approved work. We can answer any and all questions about what repairs are covered under your warranty.

Do I get a warranty with my auto repairs?

Yes, AutoRepairShop offers a one year (or 20,000 kilometer, whichever comes first) warranty on parts and labour.

Can I get other services done on my car while it in the body repair shop?

Yes! Discuss any additional service requests with our service advisor so that he or she can make the necessary arrangements to have services coincide with repair.

How long will the repairs take?

Our Service Advisor will give you an estimate of the time it will take to complete the repairs to your vehicle. Estimation of time depends on extent of car damage. Be sure to check with your advisor for the specifics on your vehicle.

Do you provide a rental car if needed?

Yes. We can arrange a vehicle through Enterprise’s convenient local location. Enterprise will bring the rental car to you, the customer, when you drop your vehicle off at our shop for repairs.

Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?

Yes. We want your visit to be a positive experience. We provide a pickup, as well as delivery service.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards.
